Wish Village Apartments are located in Hamilton, Ohio Hamilton is a city in Butler County, Ohio, United States. The population was 60,690 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Butler CountyGR6. 2005 estimates indicate a slight population increase to approximately 61,943. . The property is constructed in three phases. This loan will cover Phases I and II which were constructed in 2004 on a 9.02-acre site. Phase III Noun 1. phase III - a large clinical trial of a treatment or drug that in phase I and phase II has been shown to be efficacious with tolerable side effects; after successful conclusion of these clinical trials it will receive formal approval from the FDA  will be constructed in 2006.
