Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc., a top ten Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUSTM) lender, provided a $7,247,000 loan to Omaha Rio Properties I, LLC for the acquisition of Old Mill Apartments.

The borrower was able to lock in a rate under the Fannie Mae DUSO program.

Old Mill Apartments are located in Omaha, Nebraska. The property was constructed in 1972 on a 12.l-acre site. The site holds 12 three-story, garden-style apartment buildings containing 248 units, with a unit mix of 172 one-bedrooms, 56 two-bedrooms, and 20 three-bedrooms. Unit amenities include balconies or patios and washer/ dryer hook-ups in the three-bedroom units. Project amenities include a clubhouse, 12 single-story detached structures housing 157 covered garages, 12 common laundry rooms, a swimming pool, an office, a maintenance shop and 324 surface parking spaces.

The property is located in northwest Omaha, approximately 12 miles north of the City's Central Business District. The neighborhood boundaries include Fort Street to the north, Interstate 680 to the east, W. Dodge Road to the south, and 144th Street to the west.
