Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc., a top ten Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS[TM]) lender, provided a $6,000,000 loan to Lynwood Park/Oasis Palms LLC for the refinance of Lynnwood Park Townhomes and Apartments.

Lynwood Park Townhomes and Apartments are located in San Bernardino, California. They were built in 1978 on a 5.7-acre site. The property was acquired by the current owner in 2002 and renovated in 2005. The site holds l0 two-story residential buildings containing 124 units, and one recreational facility. The unit mix consists of 80 two-bedroom apartment units, 20 two-bedroom townhouse units, 16 three-bedroom apartment units, and eight four-bedroom apartment units. Common amenities include a heated pool/spa, a basketball court, a clubhouse with a billiard room and fitness center, a tot lot, laundry facilities pedestrian access.

The complex is located in the San Bernardino sub-market of the San Bernardino/Riverside MSA.
