Greystone Residential Funding, Inc. announced Kristine Ackerman Sperling will be joining its staff as the new corporate counsel, where she will provide analysis and counsel to corporate management on a wide range of legal, policy, and financial issues.

Ackerman Sperling was previously an associate with Latham & Watkins, LLP in Chicago, where she was part of the Finance Practice. She has also served as an associate in the Banking and Finance Practice of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw, LLP; and in the Corporate and Securities Law Practice of D'Ancona & Pflaum, LLC, both located in Chicago. Ms. Ackerman Sperling graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.
