Greystone Commercial Services LP Introduces Its New Name and Management Team Members.

DALLAS -- Greystone Metro Financial LP today announced that it has changed its name to Greystone Commercial Services LP to reflect its broader mission as a receivables management, financing, customer services and collections company.

The company, an affiliate of Greystone & Co., Inc., also announced the arrival of a new President, Senior Risk Manager, Controller and General Counsel. Greystone Commercial Services continues to be led by its Chief Executive Officer, J. Dugan Smith.

Thomas G. Siska has joined Greystone Commercial Services as its President. He is in charge of all business development efforts and will be based in Chicago, IL. Siska comes to Greystone having formerly worked in specialty finance areas at GE Capital, Riviera Finance and Bay View Capital.

Shelly J. Cates, the new Controller, is a CPA and formerly was corporate controller at Minol USA in Dallas. Ms. Cates will be responsible for all financial and reporting aspects of the company.

Peter B. Cooney has joined Greystone Commercial Services as its Executive Vice President and Senior Risk Manager. Cooney is responsible for all daily client and customer activities, including overall portfolio management and oversight. He joins Greystone following extensive portfolio management experience in areas of factoring and asset based lending with GE Capital Business Credit and CIT Commercial Services.

Jeffrey P. Kassing, the company's new Executive Vice President and General Counsel, was formerly with the law firm Patton Boggs in Dallas, TX where he was "Of Counsel". Prior to his tenure with Patton Boggs, Kassing was general counsel of a publicly traded specialty finance company and previously a senior transaction counsel for BankOne, Texas.
