Gregory M. Shepard M. Shepard is the tenth track on War All The Time. It is named for Matthew Shepard an American student at the University of Wyoming who was fatally attacked near Laramie, Wyoming, on the night of October 6 – October 7, 1998 in what was widely reported by international news  today announced a second extension of the expiration date Expiration Date

This additional extension of the tender offer is necessary to permit a State Auto Financial Corporation stockholders' meeting to be called and held. Under Ohio Revised Code The Ohio Revised Code contains all acts passed by the Ohio General Assembly and signed by the governor. The Ohio Revised Code replaced the Ohio General Code in 1953.  1701.831, a stockholders' meeting is required to be called by State Auto Financial Corporation so that stockholders may consider and approve the transaction.  from a respected banker for up to $300,000,000 in financing. One reason why State Auto Financial perceives Mr. Shepard's offer to be illusory is because the financing requires State Auto Mutual, the parent of State Auto Financial Corporation, to issue surplus notes.

The offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time on Friday, February 13, 2004, unless the offer is extended.
