Greenwich Financial Center sold.


CB Richard Ellis' Tri-State Investment Team has sold the Greenwich Financial Center and the Greenwich Annory on behalf of IP Morgan Fleming Asset Management. The team also procured the buyer, The Innovest Group, an entity controlled by The HB Nitkin Group, who purchased the properties for $26,661,100.

Located at One Fawcett Place, the Greenwich Financial Center is one of the premiere office properties in Fairfield County Fairfield County is the name of three counties in the United States:
  • Fairfield County, Connecticut
  • Fairfield County, Ohio
  • Fairfield County, South Carolina
 and includes 57,398 SF of office, 17,786 SF of retail (7,904 SF of which fronts Greenwich Avenue) and 200 SF of storage space. The Armory includes 4,789 SF of dance studio and retail space, 3,535 SF of storage space and 33 indoor parking spaces. The price, when discounting the Armory and storage space, was a record-setting $353 per SF.
