In addition, stockholders approved an increase in the authorized number of shares of common stock to 15 million shares from 10 million shares and an amendment to the Outside Directors Stock Option Plan. The meeting was adjourned until January 4, 1996 at 11:00 a.m. at the Company's corporate offices at 105 Price Parkway, Farmingdale, New York Farmingdale is a village in Nassau County, New York in the United States.
