Winstead, J.D., have been selected as new outside voting members of the Board of Directors of this employee-owned, 50-year-old company. He was Senior Legal Counsel to Peter Kiewit Sons, Inc., a large construction company; and Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of HDR, Inc., where he negotiated all mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. He is currently a partner of Ames & Gough, a business he co-founded in 1991 that specializes in professional liability risk management for architects, engineers, and attorneys. Amir A. Metry, Ph.D., P.E., has more than 30 years of experience in various consulting and engineering fields where he has held responsibility for strategic planning, business development, acquisitions, and geographic expansion. He is well recognized for his entrepreneurial skills in directing the growth and building of professional service companies. Dr. Metry was a founding principal and co-owner of ERM Program Management Company, a principal consultant to Versar, Inc., Executive Vice President of Roy F. Weston, Inc., and President of Weston International. David L. Winstead, J.D., MBA, is a partner with Wilkes Artis, Chartered, and served as Maryland's Secretary of Transportation from January l995 until January l999.
