The stockholders of Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc. (G&O), are pleased to announce the election of an expanded Board of Directors. Gary C. Gough, J.D., Amir A. Metry, Ph.D., P.E., and David L. Winstead, J.D., have been selected as new outside voting members of the Board of Directors of this employee-owned, 50-year-old company. G&O is excited about the Board, both with the talent of its re-elected members and the additional capabilities of the new members.

Gary C. Gough, J.D., a licensed attorney and Counselor at Law counselor at law: see attorney. , has more than 27 years of experience in administrative and legal management issues for the federal government and private industry. He was Senior Legal Counsel to Peter Kiewit Sons, Inc., a large construction company; and Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of HDR (1) (High Data Rate) A wireless data technology from QUALCOMM that provides up to a 2.4 Mbps data rate in a standard 1.25MHz CDMA voice channel.
