The acquisition follows Dot(SR)'s recent accomplishment of forming alliances with the two largest domain name registration companies in the world, Verisign, Inc. The acquisition of Dot(SR) is also part of Greenhold's strategy to return to the successful business model that launched its founder's, John D.
