Casareale was formerly a shareholder at Akerman Senterfitt in Miami. Casareale's practice is national in scope. He represents clients in a broad range of acquisition, sale, financing and leasing transactions, including joint venture structures and debt/equity workouts. He has closed transactions in New York, Florida and throughout the United States involving loan and property portfolios and trophy properties, including major Manhattan office buildings, Florida resort hotels and major regional shopping centers. His clients include private equity and opportunity funds, global investment banks, REITs, real estate pension fund advisors and closely held owner operators.
