GreenMan acquires two companies. (Tires/Rubber).

GreenMan will consolidate R&J's scrap tire collecting and marketing business into its GreenMan Technologies of Minnesota operations, retaining Jim Van Duker, R&J's former president, in a business development position.

GreenMan will manage collection, processing and marketing of scrap tires at UTT under the name GreenMan Technologies of California Inc. UTT was formed in 1998 and currently manages more than 1 million tires yearly. UTT has an installed crumb rubber processing capacity of more than 10 million pounds yearly and a proven customer base.
