Primarily residential, Lynnfield is an important suburb of Boston. , MA, has signed a letter of intent to acquire all tire collection operations of R&J Recycling recycling, the process of recovering and reusing waste products—from household use, manufacturing, agriculture, and business—and thereby reducing their burden on the environment. , a Minnesota-based company in the business of collecting and marketing scrap tires. GreenMan will consolidate R&J's business into its existing GreenMan Technologies of Minnesota Minnesota, state, United States
Minnesota (mĭn'ĭsō`tə), upper midwestern state of the United States. It is bordered by Lake Superior and Wisconsin (E), Iowa (S), South Dakota and North Dakota (W), and the Canadian provinces operations and anticipates closing the transaction in early July. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
