Green tea makes plastics antimicrobial.


Joint research by Tokyo-based chemical firm NOF Corp. and Ito En, Ltd. of Japan reportedly indicates that mixing used green-tea leaves into plastics gives the plastics antimicrobial antimicrobial /an·ti·mi·cro·bi·al/ (-mi-kro´be-al)
