Green spurs leasing at West Side tower.


S.L. Green's Asset Management Division, the architect of a number of Manhattan office building turnarounds in recent years, appears to be working its magic again. This time the building is 19 West 44th Street, the 18-story, 250,000 square-foot tower just off Fifth Avenue.

Just a little more than three months after taking over as leasing and managing agent, S.L. Green is reporting a flurry Flurry
