Green Hills Software Inc., the worldwide market leader in high-reliability real-time operating system (RTOS) technology for safe and secure applications, today announced that it has been selected by Honeywell to supply the operating system and development tools for Honeywell's future air transport integrated avionics.

Honeywell will use Green Hills Software's ARINC-653-1 compliant INTEGRITY-178B RTOS to host its next generation of Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) technology for air transport aircraft.
