:GSNH) today released an update to previously announced workover activity in the Clayton Field project in Live Oak County, Texas Live Oak County is a county located in the U.S. state of Texas. In 2000, its population was 12,309. Its county seat is George West6. Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 2,794 km² (1,079 mi²).
.

The Company reported that the current operator of the project area, Kenne Exploration, has reworked the first well, the Nicholson No. 2 well and is in the process of reworking the next two wells in the Clayton Field project, the Geffert No. 3 and the Nicholson No. 4.

The Nicholson No. 2 well is producing from a single zone and is maintaining a natural gas flow rate of 50 to 60 million cubic feet per day (MCFD MCFD Ministry of Children and Family Development (British Columbia, Canada)
MCFD thousand cubic feet per day
MCFD million cubic feet per day

MCFD Multiple Coagulation Factor Deficiency
). The reservoir is remaining strong and no problems have been encountered that would limit current flow rates. In addition, well log analysis indicates the Nicholson No. 2 well has two other probable productive zones that could increase the revenues from this well.

The gas lift attempt on the Geffert No. 3 well has verified that the oil potential within the volume of fluid should be economical with the installation of a gas-powered pump jack. Field gas will be used to power the pump jack until the Geffert No. 3 well is capable of producing sufficient gas to run the pump jack as anticipated.

A gas lift attempt is in process in the Nicholson No. 4 well. Gas lift is used to increase the pressure in the wellbore to allow heavier hydrocarbons hydrocarbons (hīˈ·drō·kärˑ·bnz),

(oil) to rise to the surface. Like the Geffert No. 3 well, the initial production of fluid indicates sufficient flow of hydrocarbons to be profitable. However, there is not sufficient information yet to determine the most economical way to produce the well. An evaluation is expected to be completed by late March 2006.

Several leaks in the well water disposal pipeline have been found and it is now more economical to lay a new, more direct disposal line that reduces the number of landowners involved. The land survey and subsequent installation of the water disposal pipeline is underway and the pump jack installation on the Geffert No. 3 well is timed to coincide with the completion of the water disposal line.

Greater Sooner's partner, Kenne Exploration (Clayton Field's current operator), is the first operator in the project area to apply any science to the field since the major oil companies left in the 1960's. A field engineering report, consisting of some 120 pages of written text and a reference book of maps and logs has been completed and presented to Greater Sooner management on Monday March 6, 2006.
