 Pink Sheets: GNRD) Wednesday announced that shareholders have elected three new board members to fill current vacancies, and have adopted resolutions enacting aggressive plans to become an industry leader in the field of entertainment.

Three newly elected members of the board of directors include: Tom Becker (CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and chairman), Howell Benjamin III, and Gary Adwar, Esq. The company plans, and is actively searching, to fill more vacancies on the board in the near future.

Becker commented, "We are excited about the future of this company. We are right now considering potential acquisitions in the Southwest Region of the country that will help position GNRD as a top-notch leader in media production. If all goes well, we should have more good news for you soon."

Greater Northwest Research and Development Group Inc. is a Florida development stage company.
