 Melhem Karam. Karam was elected as head of Lebanese Editors Syndicate In 1960. He owned a publication house named 'Alf Layla wa Layla'. The Late Karam was Editor-in-Chief of several Arab newspapers such as Albayrak newspaper and a number of magazines such as al-Hawadeth and Monday Morning.
