This follows the recent announcement by Adaptive Performance, Inc. of Toms River, NJ (Pink Sheets:ADPP ADPP Automatic Data Processing Printer ADPP Azimuth-Delay-Power Profile ) of a change in shareholder's control. As of October 3, 2005, control of ADPP's majority shareholders was purchased by Great Cities Media, Inc. Due to this change in control, ADPP had a name change to reflect the new direction of the Company. In the prior announcement, Joseph Meerman, Jr., CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. & Director of Adaptive Performance, outlined that to ensure a smooth transition, the current Management and Directors of ADPP have agreed to remain onboard until the new shareholders call for their Board of Directors meeting, appointing replacements.
