The Graviblend Plus is a continuous loss-in-weight gravimetric gravimetric /grav·i·met·ric/ (grav?i-me´trik) pertaining to measurement by weight; performed by weight, as a gravimetric method of drug assay.

grav·i·met·ric (grv
 dosing and blending system for free flowing pellets and powder. Color and additives can be metered down to the lowest tolerance level without affecting the quality of the customer's end product, which results in minimal usage of color or additives and direct savings in overall production costs, according to the manufacturer. The Graviblend Plus is designed for throughput from 0.55 lbs./hr, to 16,500 lbs./hr. (7,500 kg/hr.). (ACS Extrusion Group/Colortronic North America)
