"The software industry is going through the first stages of a massive shift," said Keller. "Many ISVs don't realize that their own future lies in moving their applications to the Web without compromising their products. They are becoming ASPs themselves or closely linking their destiny to ASP leaders.  their installed base will ultimately be the winners by expanding their own distribution channels while helping their customers adapt to the changing options for application delivery."

The ASPCC ASPCC Arizona Structural Pest Control Commission  will feature the nation's leading channel executives, software developers and ASP Portal companies. The conference is focusing on uniting software providers and channel solution providers with technology and service experts to explore best practices in the evolving ASP software distribution channel.

"GraphOn has been taking an active role in the growth of the ASP channel by marketing its Bridges web-enabling software to sophisticated ISVs who are targeting enterprise-level customers," said Keller. "The momentum of this market has been so compelling that some of our customers have become ASPs themselves in addition to selling software applications to third party ASPs or to enterprises for their own server-based deployment."

In addition to Walt Keller's speech at 8:00am on Monday, August 28, GraphOn Director of Business Development, Jerry Landry, will speak in a session at the joint Biz Dev World the following day at 1:00pm. Cincom, GraphOn's recently announced customer, will also speak at the conference on Tuesday. Cincom recently signed a three year multi-million dollar licensing agreement with GraphOn to web-enable Cincom applications, which will also be distributed through the company's ASP division, CinAPPS.

By combining GraphOn Bridges with desktop versions of software applications, independent software vendors (ISVs), such as Compuware, GoldMine, and Cincom, can accelerate the time to market of web-enabled versions of their application without the risks and delays associated with rewriting re·write
