 to create yet another legend when the Gaylord Opryland Texas Hotel opens in summer 2004. The massive hotel and convention center will have it all for meetings ranging from enormous to intimate.

 International Airport in Grapevine, the Gaylord Opryland Texas will offer groups 400,000 square feet of meeting, convention, and prefunction space including a 176,400-square-foot exhibit hall. More than 61 breakout rooms, including 13 richly appointed boardrooms, will complement massive ballrooms of 49,500 and 32,200 square feet. The largest ballroom also will offer a 35' X 90' stage with built-in lighting and sound.

The 1,508 guest rooms will be graciously appointed, reflecting the regional heritage of Texas. The guest-room inventory will include 120 suites and executive-sized rooms.

Like the recently opened Gaylord Palms in Orlando, the Gaylord Opryland Texas will showcase a grand atrium enclosing four acres as well as three themed restaurants. An additional restaurant overlooking Lake Grapevine will be part of the new hotel as well.

Situated high on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Grapevine, Gaylord Opryland Texas will be surrounded by 36 holes of golf.
