Granite markets sale of 600,000 s/f plaza.

Granite Partners, LLC, a national real estate investment banking firm, is exclusively marketing the sale of United Plaza, a 621,348-square-foot, 20-story, Class A office building located at 30 South 17th Street in Philadelphia's Center City.

A high-quality mix of office and retail space, United Plaza is one of the most prominent multi-tenanted buildings in the city's Central Business District.

The property, which is 93 percent leased, serves as the new corporate headquarters for Duane Morris, LLP, one of the nation's preeminent law firms, which is relocating to United Plaza from One Liberty. Duane Morris leases approximately 226,000 square feet under a new 15-year lease. Other well-known tenants include IBM, Prudential Securities, eResearch Technology and SCP Communications.
