Newmark Retail has announced that it will begin marketing a
spectacular multi-level retail space, steps away from Grand Central
Terminal on East 42nd Street. 317 Madison Ave. (aka 35-49 E. 42nd St.)
has up to 6,500 s/f available on the ground floor and a 14,500 s/f lower
level, with ceiling heights of over 14 feet.
