It has been in the process of tendering for the last four months and has selected four out of ten from the pre- qualification, which is working with Hill on the project.

The mega project, situated in Giza, will be a centre of Egyptology and comprise 150,000 artifacts, what will be the biggest collection in the world. Building work includes the world's largest translucent stone wall in the world, at 800 m, which costs $100 million alone, along with virtual reality facilities. The contract is for four years of construction.

It had reached the final month of the master plan for the Madinat Monawarah Industrial City in Saudi Arabia, before it is ready for tendering. EHAF is also working on the design of border cities with Iraq and Jordan in the country.

The company is one of the most diverse consultants in the Middle East, covering hotels, marinas, sports facilities, museums, infrastructure and mixed use developments.
