Concord Law School Concord Law School is a four-year, part-time legal education program based in Los Angeles, California. The school is a subsidiary of the Kaplan Higher Education Corporation. Concord, established in 1998 and run by Kaplan Inc., will give juris doctor The degree awarded to an individual upon the successful completion of law school.

Juris doctor, or doctor of Jurisprudence, commonly abbreviated J.D., is the degree commonly conferred by law schools.
 degrees to 10 students at the ceremony. Kaplan is a subsidiary of the Washington Post Co., of which Diller is a board member.

Concord Law School, at concordlawschool.com, has its administrative office at 1133 Westwood Blvd. in L.A. The school has 60 faculty members nationwide, including litigators, judges and professors. It also has 1,100 enrolled students in 47 states and 13 countries.

Tuition is $28,000 for a four-year degree. Concord Law School also offers an "executive" juris doctor degree, which is a legal degree but cannot be used to practice law, she said.
