(NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange : GGG GGG German Goo Girls (pornography website) GGG Giggle (email, USENET, chat slang) GGG Gadolinium Gallium Garnet GGG Gimme Gimme Gimme (TV show) ) announced today that it has agreed to purchase the assets of Bollhoff Verfahrenstechnik ("BV"), located in Bielefeld Bielefeld (bē`ləfĕlt), city (1994 pop. 324,670), North Rhine–Westphalia, N central Germany. It has been noted since the 13th cent. for its handmade linens. , Germany. The purchase price was not disclosed. Graco will borrow under its existing lines of credit to fund the acquisition, which is expected to close on May 31, 1999. BV designs, manufactures and sells fluid application equipment throughout Europe, and had 1998 sales of approximately $20 million. Its principal products include piston pumps, diaphragm pumps one in which a flexible diaphragm takes the place of a piston.
