Governors devise graduation rate plan.


It took a few forums and several years of discussion, but 45 governors and 12 national organizations agreed this summer to comparable high school graduation numbers and student progress indicators This article is about a concept in computing. * Begin a standard, four-year adjusted cohort graduation rate by dividing the number of on-time graduates in a given year by the number of first-time entering ninth graders four years earlier.
