OpenPages, a provider of enterprise governance and compliance management solutions, is offering extended capabilities for monitoring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance processes through an Integrated Software Separate software components or applications that have been combined into one package. OpenPages will combine its Sarbanes-Oxley Express (SOX (1) (Schema for Object-oriented XML) An XML schema developed by Veo Systems and Muzino Communications, which was submitted to the W3C. Leveraging data from existing enterprise systems, Hyperion Performance Suite provides users with sophisticated query and analysis capabilities that turn raw data into information useful for understanding and making decisions that leverage business opportunities.

OpenPages' SOX Express is an enterprise compliance management solution intended to reduce the time and resource costs associated with compliance for Sections 302 and 404. SOX Express is a focused enterprise application that OpenPages says "combines powerful document and business process management with flexible reporting capabilities in an extremely easy-to-use environment that enables CEOs, CFOs and financial management officers to enforce internal controls."
