Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has made the following appointments: Kenneth Chuang of Santa Monica was named to the California Alliance to Combat Trafficking and Slavery Task Force; Laura Chick of Los-Angeles to the California State Bar Board of Governors; Rodrigo Garcia of Monterey Park, Allen Martin of Studio City and Sara Rubalcava-Beck of San Marino to the Earthquake Authority Advisory Panel; H. Cooke Sunoo of Los Angeles to the Small Business Board. Chuang is program coordinator of the Venice Family Clinic program for trafficking victims; Chick serves as Los Angles city controller; Garcia is president of Century Diversified Inc.; Martin is an associate professor in consumer resource management at California State University, Northridge; Rubalcava-Beck is the owner of S.R. Group Communications; and Sunoo is the director of the Asian Pacific Islander small business program.
