Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed Souraya EIHessen to the State Independent Living Council, J. Michael Ortiz to the Student Aid Commission, and Wendy Sue Rosen and Nancy Stephens to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy Advisory Committee.


Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has appointed Souraya EIHessen to the State Independent Living Council, J. Michael Ortiz to the Student Aid Commission, and Wendy Sue Rosen and Nancy Stephens to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy The Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy is an agency of the state of California in the United States founded in 1979 and dedicated to the acquisition of land in the Santa Susana and Santa Monica Mountains and the Simi Hills, north and west of Los Angeles, for preservation as open  Advisory Committee. ElHessen is a consultant to Careers Unlimited and an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix, Southern California; Ortiz is the president of California State Polytechnic University; Rosen is vice president for government relations at The Nature of Wildworks; and Stephens is an actress and committee member. Schwarzenegger also appointed Paula Daniels to the California Bay-Delta Authority; Harold Lancer to the board of the Health Professions Education Foundation; and Fabian Wesson to the California Science Center The California Science Center (sometimes spelled California ScienCenter) is a state agency and museum located in Exposition Park, Los Angeles. Billed as the West Coast's largest hands-on science center, the California ScienCenter is a public-private partnership between the State  board. Daniels is a commissioner on the City of Los Angeles
