Gould & McCoy relocates to Park Ave.

Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc., as exclusive leasing agent for 300 Park Avenue, has announced that Gould & McCoy, Inc., an executive search and recruitment firm, has relocated to 300 Park Avenue in an expansion from 551 Madison Avenue.

The firm has taken 5,200 square feet on the 20th floor on a long-term lease having an aggregate rental value of approximately $1.2 million.

Robert L. Billingsley, David L. Hoffman, Jr. and John W. Adelman of Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc. represented 300 Park Avenue in the negotiations. The firm also serves as managing agent.

Albert J. Duryea of Albert J. Duryea, Inc. represented Gould & McCoy, Inc.
