Gothman and Richman partner for latest Harlem housing development.


The Gotham Organization, Inc., the Richman Group Development Corporation and Halstead Property Development Marketing recently opened The Langston, a 10-story residential development located in Harlem.

The Langston features 180 two-and three-bedroom and penthouse duplex condominium units. Prices range from $625,000 for a two-bedroom to $1.125 million for a penthouse duplex.

To honor the heritage and culture of the community, The West Harlem Art Fund, Inc. was selected to display abstract expressionism abstract expressionism, movement of abstract painting that emerged in New York City during the mid-1940s and attained singular prominence in American art in the following decade; also called action painting and the New York school.  works in a gallery setting in the model residence and sales office at The Langston.
