Got Game.

The generation once known as the baby boom echo is starting to enter the workforce. With that group comes a different attitude--certainly different from their Generation X counterparts. John Beck and Mitchell Wade call them the "Gamer Generation," the first generation to fully grow up on video games. In their new book, Got Game: How the Gamer Generation is reshaping business forever, Beck and Wade use an extensive survey and hundreds of interviews to explain how this generation differs from its forebears, and how boomer generation bosses can harness their strengths and recognize their weaknesses to create opportunities for their business. The authors take a uniquely positive view of the influence video games have had, viewing gaming not as time-wasting but rather effective training for critical business skills.
