Merrilee Rush, a Grammy Award-nominated Northwest singer who scored a No. 1 hit with "Angel of the Morning," also will perform, along with Johnny Preston, the singer behind "Cradle of Love" and "Feel So Fine," who scored his biggest hit with "Running Bear."
