The Company's business activities center around the domestic arts. In 2005 MSLO reported revenues of US$209.5 million compared to US$187.  in which the domestic maven designs and decorates homes sold in nine KB communities in six states across the country, including two in California. This announcement was made the day before KB reported a third-quarter loss of $36 million, a steep decline from a profit of $153 million from the same period a year earlier. Revenue fell 32 percent to $1.5 billion. KB added that it expects the housing woes to continue well into 2008.
