Goodyear makes board changes. (People in the News).Samir G. Gibara will resign as chairman of Goodyear Tire & Rubber's board of directors, effective June 30. Robert J. Keegan, the company's president and chief executive officer, has been elected to succeed him. This completes the transition process that began back in October when Keegan was named CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
