Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Akron, OH, has reached an agreement with Titan Tire, a subsidiary of Titan International, to sell its North American farm tire assets, including its manufacturing plant, property and equipment in Freeport, IL, and inventories, pending government, regulatory and union approvals.
