Good weather and great exhibits make farm progress show a success.
Good weather and earlier show dates drew thousands of growers and marketers to the 51st annual Farm Progress Show, held this year in Alleman, Iowa. In addition, the three-day show drew a visit from President George W. Bush, stopping on his way to the Republican National Convention. Along with field demonstrations and "Ride 'n' Drive" equipment areas, the 2004 show offered visitors the chance to view the latest technology and products from agricultural companies, tour an energy efficient home sponsored by REHAU and AMVIC AMVIC - Alberta Motor Vehicle Industry Council and attend Crop Discovery Plot seminars.
