Good Samaritan throws demon from hood of car.

It's the classic story: Man rescues damsel in distress who happens to be dressed up as vampire. Bad person who was distressing damsel and happens to be dressed as demon then takes anger out on unsuspecting man who rescued damsel. Law enforcement officials are called.

That's the way it happened on a dark country road near Kingwood, West Virginia this past Halloween, according to the Associated Press. Angela and Roy Caplinger (vampire and demon, respectively) got into a fight at a costume party.

Standing at the side of the road, Angela flagged down an unidentified motorist and asked him to drive her to the sheriff's department. He agreed. But before they could pull away, her husband leapt onto the roof of the car, scaring the devil out of the driver, who instinctively slammed on the gas and sped away, leaving Roy "Demon" Caplinger in the dirt.

State troopers found the demon walking near the site of the incident and arrested him for domestic battery and drunk driving. He was treated for injuries at a local hospital before being taken to jail. The officers removed two demon horns from his head before snapping his mug shot.
