Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center, of West Islip, has purchased an industrial building and 4 acres of land in Hauppauge for $4.6M in a transaction arranged by Sutton & Edwards Inc. / TCN Worldwide. The building, which contains 30,000 s/f and is located at 70 Arkay Dr., was sold by Met-Pro Corp., of Harleysville, Pa.. Senior executive director Ted Trias, senior director Jeffrey Schwartzberg and associates Kyle Burkhardt and David Schwartzberg represented both the seller and the buyer. The property was managed during the transitional period by John Proscia and John Healy, president and management services director, respectively, of Sutton & Edwards Property Management LLC. The hospital was represented by George Tsunis Real Estate Inc.
