GolfServ Changes Name to SirenServ On 2nd Anniversary and Brink of Expanded Offerings; Like Mythical Sea Nymphs, SirenServ to Allure Users with Enticing Content.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 15, 2001

GolfServ Online Inc., the leading provider of syndicated golf-related online content and services, announced today that it has changed its name to SirenServ, Inc. on the 2nd anniversary of its launch.

The name change comes as the company prepares to expand its focus beyond golf into two other high interest areas, food and wine and health and fitness.

The SirenServ name was selected to reflect the company's focus on creating and syndicating engaging and alluring content, technology and interactive services that help to attract and retain users to its partners' sites. GoodHealthServ will help fitness and health enthusiasts worldwide track their fitness routines, get nutritional information and much more.

As part of the company's strategy to launch these new content channels, SirenServ has restructured its team. SirenServ has hired four senior-level employees since receiving a $1.5 million cash investment from the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Times Co. in December 2000. These hires are in sales, technology and content. SirenServ is currently seeking additional senior-level candidates for business development and Web engineering roles and has pared junior positions.
