Goldstein wins exclusive to lease new retail center.Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services at New Jersey's Goldstein Group has announced that the company has been named as the exclusive leasing agent for The Foundry in Trenton, New Jersey, a new entertainment-based retail center. Naming rights to the arena were bought by Sovereign Bank. and the new River Line Light Rail system. Florian Suserman will be handling this assignment for The Goldstein Group. Tenants that have committed to the project include, Wet Willie's Daiquiri Bar; Red Cheetah, a martini bar and dance club; Funny Bones Comedy Club; B.B. Kings Blues Cafe; Sal DeForte's Ristorante, fine-dining Italian restaurant; Cootie Browns, a southern specialty restaurant; and Toad's Place Toad's Place is a historic concert venue and nightclub located on York Street in New Haven, Connecticut. Opened in 1975 in an old burger joint named Hungry Charlies, Toad's has a storied history, having played host to many of the greats of Rock and Roll, including the Rolling , a live entertainment, rock club.
