Chuck Lanyard, of the Goldstein Group, represented both parties in the transaction; * Just Salon Salon, annual exhibition of art works chosen by jury and presented by the French Academy since 1737; it was originally held in the Salon d'Apollon of the Louvre. By the mid-19th cent. the Salon had become an expression of conservative, established tastes in art. & Spa has signed a 5,000 s/f lease at 284 Millburn Ave. in Millburn, N.J. Steve Zavidow and Chuck Lanyard, of the Goldstein Group, represented both parties in the transaction; * Gothic Furniture has signed a 2,700 s/f lease at 35 Plaza Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into on Route 4 in Paramus, N.J. Lew Finkelstein and Chuck Lanyard represented both parties in the transaction; * Quest Diagnostics Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX) is a United States corporation which provides clinical laboratory services . The company also has a business presence in England and Mexico. Quest Diagnostics is a member of the Fortune 500 and the S&P 500. has signed a lease on Route 53 in Denville, N.J. Lew Finkelstein represented the landlord in the transaction; * Edible Arrangements has signed a lease at 1132 Raymond Boulevard Raymond Boulevard carries traffic from the interchange with the west end of the Pulaski Skyway (U.S. Route 1/9) and U.S. Route 1-9 Truck in eastern Newark west to downtown Newark. Most of the road is one-way westbound; eastbound traffic uses Market Street and Ferry Street. in Newark, N.J. Lew Finkelstein represented both parties in the transaction.
