Goldstein Group's Point View deal.


The Goldstein Group has recently been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Point View Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into  located at 189-247 Berdan Ave. in Wayne, N.J. by UCM/CoFinance- Point View LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

The Goldstein Group's team of Chuck Lanyard, principal and director of brokerage services, Lew Finkelstein, vice president, and Ryan Glastein, are responsible for marketing this space.
