: GS) announced today that it has identified an issue in the selection of components for the GS $ HYTop index published on August 26, 2005. Due to a classification issue, a newly issued high yield bond by L3 Communications Corporation (6.375% LLL LLL

 15/10/15) replaced a high yield bond in the consumer sector (10.875% RH Donnelley Inc.15/12/12) rather than replacing an existing high yield L3 Communications Corporation bond (5.875% LLL 15/1/15) in the industrial sector, resulting in an overweight of L3 Communications Corporation bonds in the Index.
