GoldenGoals.com Ventures Inc. is pleased to announce the election of six directors at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on October 25, 1999. Three new directors were added to the board and the three incumbent directors, Messrs. Donald G. Moore, Howard Louie and D. Neil Briggs were re-elected.

The three new directors, Simon Davison, Alex Mohr and Graham Deakin bring considerable additional expertise to the board of GoldenGoals.com. Messrs. Davison and Mohr are officers of ACC See adaptive cruise control. ; GoldenGoals.com's wholly owned UK subsidiary. They have been involved in the operations of the ACC for some time, Mr. Davison in the development of the game and Mr. Mohr in the development of the website.
