Golden West Properties

Beverly Hills-based Golden West Properties has bought a newly renovated shopping center in Northridge from Walnut Grove Associates Ltd. for $26 million. Golden West was represented by Chris Lewis and George Eckard of Wells Fargo Realty Finance. Walnut Grove Associates was represented by Art Ross of A.J. Ross & Associates, which also handles leasing for the 137,996-square-foot center. The center, located at the southeast corner of Tampa Avenue and Nordhoff Street, has been renamed The Grove. It was formerly called Walnut Grove.
