Mr. Ginsburg, 57, most recently served as Executive VP, Strategic Planning Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people.  and Business Development of Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates, where he was responsible for all of the company's merger, acquisition, investment and commercial banking activities.
